Case Background

On February 8, 2016, Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation and all of its wholly owned direct and indirect subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions to initiate a court supervised process under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Noranda has taken this action to have additional time and flexibility to evaluate options for our various business operations.

The cases are pending before the Honorable Barry S. Schermer, and the Debtors' cases are jointly administered under Case No. 16-10083.

Additional information, including the Debtors’ press release is available at www.norandaaluminum.com/restructuring.
